Ideally, I would like one, that shows a graph of your mortgage, instead, to how long it will take to repay the debt can be displayed.

I have an Excel spreadsheet, which (not only that different scenarios, the discount rate, period, etc., with a plot against each other for comparison of the overpayments, which I do) and you can see how the amount you pay, at some point in future.
To obtain a copy, e-mail I just sent you ..... there is nothing to the imagination, so that you can customize to their own needs with relative ease.
I've tried online calculators, etc. Counter and works well ... Though obviously, being only a tool, always a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision.
How can you like a mortgage calculator?
