Sounds like a spyware infection! In order to successfully remove malware infections (viruses, spyware, adware, etc.) from your PC, you need to follow a methodological approach, and (the use of cash and free) tools. This work is a decent guide, covers what you, in My Computer, click Low http://www.MySlowPC.co.uk/ can - the "Troubleshooting." My advice to them:
Turn 1.) Turn off System Restore to remove infections that are not restored.
2.) Discuss with a combination of the best programs, such as detection of different scanners can sometimes find different infections. For example,
* McAfee Stinger - a standalone utility free position used to detect and remove specific viruses.
* SpyBot Search & Destroy - Spyware / Adware Scanner
Lavasoft Ad-Aware * - For spyware / adware
Note - may be a good idea to get your network connection after the update with the latest virus definitions for spyware drag. This is because the infection is often brought toDistribution over the network.
3.) If it fails or is not safe if you are not yet infected, you press your PC, F8, select Safe Mode and repeat scans as soon as they're online.
